As we make all our products, your order can take between 2 and 4 weeks to be fulfilled.
If this is a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best.

•Federal Express Next Day delivery by 4:30 pm.

United State of America

As the items are made in Canada, each shipment will include a USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) previously known as a NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) Including this ensures that there are no duties applied or charged on purchased products from NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD.

We prefer to ship Federal Express as the items are insured and can be tracked. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to two weeks to four weeks for manufacturing if the item is not in stock. If after four weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Unless informed otherwise by a NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. representative, your order may be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. Please be advised that if you choose an express shipping method, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The express service starts at the time your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD., a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and initial shipping costs will not be included with any subsequent request for a refund. *For PO boxes and APO/FPO military mail, please select our $25.00 (for Canada) $35.00 (for US) and $50.00 (International) flat rate shipping method. Delivery schedules are set to deliver Monday through Friday.
