Exchanges and product returns for Northbound Leather

THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO PURCHASES FROM NORTHBOUND.COM ONLY. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or there is a defect in manufacturing, you may return any unused, unworn item for an online gift code or exchange. Shipping costs are not included with exchanges and online gift codes. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  ALL SALES FINAL ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON PROMOTION OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE. 

To process your return you must sign into your account. View Orders and click on the RMA link with the associated order and fill out the form. Additional instructions will follow.


EXCHANGES 

You may exchange items for another size, color or style. Upon receipt we will send your new order as noted on the return form. If the exchange is lesser value, you will be issued a online gift code to be used towards your next purchase.  


DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED 

Should you happen to receive an incorrect or defective item please contact us within 7-days of delivery. We will be happy to provide a complimentary replacement and return of the original item received at no additional cost. 


ONLINE GIFT CODE 

Online gift codes are offered for the purchase price of the returned item(s). These codes do not expire and can be redeemed any time, even during sales or promotions. A unique gift code will be sent to the email address associated with your account once the return is received. Shipping costs or any additional surcharge for shipping will not be included with the value of the gift code. Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.northbound.com. 


Returns must be delivered to NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. in Toronto, Canada. Your order number will be required with all returns.  All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using your choice of shipping carrier. NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. is not responsible for damages resulting from returned shipments. When you contact our customer service team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the order in our system. Please allow up to five to seven business days for your return to be processed.  


NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. prides itself on a high standard of craftsmanship and therefore we guarantee our product. In the event that you need to return a product we offer an exchange or a credit at Northbound Leather. An exchange is not restricted to the same product. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing error there is a 10% restocking fee applied. Any items modified per a customer’s request are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error. All returns must be authorized otherwise they can be refused at your expense. Please contact [email protected] for authorization and return instructions. Intimate apparel and/or intimate items cannot be returned per the Ontario Health Law. Any authorized items returned with any soiling, damage or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. is not responsible for any shipping costs for the return or the replacement of an order unless it is conclusive there was a manufacturing defect or error. Free shipping promotions are not applicable to any returns or replacement parcels. NORTHBOUND LEATHER LTD. is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.
