We would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale client of Northbound Leather. We design and manufacture the Northbound Leather Brand. A Northbound Leather Reseller:
• Maintain a storefront and/or website or other form of retail outlet.
• Provide a valid resale or business license/tax number.
• Submit a wholesale application and gain approval from Northbound Leather Ltd.
• Meet minimum order requirements as indicated below under Ordering Terms.
Ordering Terms and Prices:
• Initial order minimum is $1000 Canadian at wholesale pricing. Must be pre-paid by credit card (Visa, MC, & Amex), bank transfer or *C.O.D. (*In Canada Only).
• Standard wholesale prices are set at 50% off MSRP not sale price.
• If there is a style/item in which you would like to alter, it will be subject to a custom fee.
• Any promotions listed on the web-site or in our retail store are not applicable to our wholesale clients.
• Stocked items are usually shipped within 5 business days. Other Northbound Leather products may take 4-6 weeks for delivery, as we manufacture the products for you. This will insure the consistency in the leather to ship as they are made to order.
• Northbound Leather Ltd. reserves the right to change pricing without written notice
• Shipping will be via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or Canada Post. We will always shop for the best rate and service for your needs. All shipping, insurance, taxes, brokerage fees and duty if applicable are the responsibility of the consignee.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
• Photos can only be used with written consent and must be credited Northbound Leather Ltd.
