RETURN POLICY:

Northbound Leather prides itself on a high standard of craftsmanship and therefore we guarantee our product. In the event that you need to return a product we offer an exchange or a credit at Northbound Leather. An exchange is not restricted to the same product. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing error there is a 10% restocking fee applied.

All returns must be authorized otherwise they can be refused at your expense. Please contact info@northbound.com for authorization and return instructions.

Intimate apparel and/or intimate items cannot be returned per the Ontario Health Law.

Any authorized items returned with any soiling, damage or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Northbound Leather is not responsible for any shipping costs for the return or the replacement of an order unless it is conclusive there was a manufacturing defect or error. Free shipping promotions are not applicable to any returns or replacement parcels.

Northbound Leather is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Northbound Leather is committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy is to keep all your information completely confidential. Any information collected is used solely for internal purposes. We do not disclose or share any of your information with any other parties.

Once your order is processed your credit card information is removed from our database and cannot be retrieved.

Please note that we exercise discretion when completing customs paperwork for all orders being shipped outside of Canada.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 10% restocking fee is applicalbe to all orders cancelled after 3 business days from the day of submitting your order.

Products that Northbound does not manufacture are also subject to the same cancellation policy as Northbound is subject to cancellation fees from suppliers.
